Le 2 octobre 2020 la COVID défie, dans un duel totalement nouveau, le futur ex-président des USA dans une toute nouvelle compétition. Cette discipline se nomme le Déni de Réalité. Les règles sont simples : que le meilleur gagne.
Le stade dans lequel se déroule cette toute nouvelle compétition se nomme la Terre.
Les deux compétiteurs sont d’un côté le SARS-COV-2 et de l’autre le champion toutes catégories de l’humanité. Son nom de scène est le Clown de la Maison Blanche.
En ce qui concerne la sélection du premier compétiteur, le Hasard et la Nécessité sont les incontestables ayant droit. Pour la sélection du second, Il convient de remarquer que le processus de sélection du champion de l’humanité a été vicié dès le début. Souvenons-nous que le champion devait-être désigné par un processus démocratique dans lequel le compétiteur obtenant le plus de suffrages devenait de facto notre champion. Le diable se logeant dans les détails, le processus vicié aura désigné le perdant vainqueur.
Le vainqueur aura disposé de trois années pour s’entraîner et ainsi disposer des armes et d’une équipe lui permettant de lutter à armes égales avec le virus. Force est de constater que si le processus de sélection était vicié, le choix ne pouvait être judicieux. Le champion de l’humanité ayant refusé le difficile choix du principe de réalité, il a préféré le dopage. Il vient d’être rattrapé par la patrouille.
Aux Etats Unis, une tournure de phrase permet de condamner ceux qui n’ont pas un comportement socialement responsable. Cette phrase est « when in Rome, do as the Romans do », qui peut se traduit litérallement par : lorsque vous êtes à Rome, faites comme les Romains. Ces derniers, aux Arènes, lors de combats de gladiateurs, affirmaient Vae Victis, Malheur aux Vaincus.
Or le champion de l’humanité pensait pouvoir s’affranchir des règles de la compétition, il s’est dopé au mensonge. Ce qui devait arriver arriva, le dopage ayant rendu le combat inégal, le champion de l’humanité a perdu ce combat. Désormais déchu de son pied d’estale, il risque de payer le prix fort de son approche négligente et mensongère.

La morale est sauve, le meilleur a gagné. Il nous reste à trouver un nouveau champion.
