Pour faire court, l’analyse par les chaînes US des résultats de ce scrutin est la suivante :
1- Fin du duopole Droite-Gauche
2- Désormais les tensions, les choix sont en les populismes des deux extrêmes et un centre qui tente de maintenir une cohésion républicaine.
To make a long story short, the US channels’ analysis of the results of this election is as follows:
1- End of the Right-Left duopoly
2- From now on tensions and choices are in the populisms of the two extremes and a centre that tries to maintain a republican cohesion.
L’histoire prend-elle un tournant ?
Les élections présidentielles françaises font la une des chaînes d’info, CNN, MSNBC…
Ces chaînes répercutent les craintes de la Maison Blanche d’une victoire, non de la Gauche mais de l’extrême droite. Les résultats du premier tour offrent un soulagement.
La crainte principale des US était une arrivée de l’extrême droite, Le Pen, qui avait montré une tolérance pour ne pas dire attirance avec le criminel Josef Putalin. En mettant en perspective la guerre en Ukraine, l’arrivée au pouvoir des post-fascistes serait un désastre pour l’Europe, la démocratie.
Les US comprendraient-ils enfin que les mots « GAUCHE » ou « SOCIAL DEMOCRATE » ne sont pas les ennemis de la démocratie ?

These channels reflect the White House’s fears of a victory, not of the Left but of the far right. The results of the first round offer relief.
The main fear of the US was an arrival of the far right, Le Pen, who had shown a tolerance not to say attraction with the criminal Josef Putalin. Putting the war in Ukraine into perspective, the coming to power of the post-fascists would be a disaster for Europe, for democracy.
Will the US finally understand that the words « LEFT » or « SOCIAL DEMOCRAT » are not the enemies of democracy?
