La Corée du Sud comme la Corée du Nord, au sortir de la guerre, s’étaient dotées d’une dictature militaire. En 1987, il y a une quarantaine d’années, la Corée du Sud met fin à la dictature militaire et devient une démocratie. Certes des tendances autoritaires liées à une crainte sécuritaire justifiée persistaient. La tentative insurrectionnelle d’un président pour obtenir les pleins pouvoirs le montre.
Both South and North Korea, at the end of the war, had adopted a military dictatorship. In 1987, about forty years ago, South Korea ended the military dictatorship and became a democracy.
Certainly, authoritarian tendencies related to a justified security fear persisted in the background. The insurrectional attempt of a president to obtain full powers shows it.
En France, il aura fallu plus de 10 années pour voir Nicolas Sarkozy faire un tour d’une vingtaine de nuits en prison pour le viol caractérisé des comptes de campagne.
En Corée du Sud, en 2 années, la justice aura rendu son verdict pour le crime d’insurrection en vue de conserver le pouvoir.
Combien de temps faudra-t-il aux USA pour condamner la Citrouille et l’envoyer visiter les geôles pour un motif semblable ? Je doute qu’un jour la criminelle Citrouille soit, un jour, confrontée à ses crimes.
Au moins la Corée du Sud rend grâce à l’expression québécoise suivante :
Faut pas niaiser avec la puck !
Pour info, cette expression vient d’une forme de commentaire d’un match de Hockey qui signifie qu’il ne faut pas temporiser lorsque l’on est en possession du palet.
Par analogie, c’est une condamnation de la procrastination.

In South Korea, in 2 years, the justice will have rendered its verdict for the crime of insurrection in order to retain power.
How long will it take the USA to convict the Pumpkin and send him to visit the jails for a similar reason? Personally, I doubt that one day the criminal Pumpkin will, when time has come, be confronted with his crimes.
