Hier, 26 septembre 2023, le juge chargé du traitement de l’inculpation au civil de Pinocchio la Citrouille obèse, l’Honorable Engoron, a rendu un jugement qui renvoie le Clown dans ses buts et le rapproche d’une faillite que j’avais prévue lors de son arrivée à la Maison-Blanche.
Non, il ne s’agit pas du détournement de documents Secret Défense, il ne s’agit pas non plus de la tentative de fraude électorale majeure en Georgia et encore moins de l’inculpation pour la tentative de sédition du 6 janvier 2021, non, rien de tout cela. Il s’agit simplement de déclarations mensongères sur la valorisation de son patrimoine.
Yesterday, September 26, 2023, the judge in charge of the civil indictment of Pinocchio the obese pumpkin, the Honorable Engoron, handed down a judgment that returns the Clown in his goals and brings him closer to a bankruptcy that I had anticipated when he made it to the White House.
No, this is not the hijacking of Top Secret & Classified Documents, nor is it the major electoral fraud attempt in Georgia, let alone the indictment for the January 6, 2021, sedition attempt, no, none of that. These are simply false statements about the value of its properties.

Pinocchio a toujours prétendu posséder des qualités qu’il ne possédait pas. Après avoir capté l’héritage de son père, il s’est empressé de le dilapider à Atlantic City dans un Casino, le Taj Mahal. Une colossale faillite. Si cette faillite était la seule, elle pourrait être mise un mauvais coup du sort. Pour bien affirmer sa médiocrité de businessman, il accumulera les échecs : une compagnie aérienne, une université, une marque de Vodka, des Steaks vendus par correspondance. Et je dois en oublier. Son seul succès fut une émission de télé-réalité qui lui aura permis de maintenir un apparent train de vie de milliardaire. Donc Pinocchio vivait à crédit et empruntait pour joindre les deux bouts. Pour emprunter, il survalorisait ses avoirs, avoirs qu’il minimisait pour les déclarations d’impôt.
C’est en rapprochant ces hiatus que la procureure du SD NY (District Sud de New York) a lancé cette inculpation et demandé que lui soit imposé une amende de 250 millions de Dollars. Pour info, sur ce même sujet, le chef comptable de la société de Pinocchio vient de passer trois mois en prison.
And so what, where is the issue?
Pinocchio has always claimed to possess qualities he never had. After fraudulently capturing his father’s fortune, he rushed to squander it in Atlantic City in a Casino, the Taj Mahal, that rapidly ended in a colossal bankruptcy. If this bankruptcy was the only one, it could be put a bad twist of fate. To assert his mediocrity as a businessman, he accumulated failures and Chapter 11 filings: an airline, a university, a brand of Vodka, Steaks sold by mail order. And I must forget quite a few other items. His only success was a reality show that allowed him to maintain an apparent billionaire lifestyle. So Pinocchio lived on credit and borrowed to make ends meet. To borrow, he oversold his assets, assets that he minimized for tax returns. An asset cannot have two values, one for the bank, the other for the IRS.
Comparing the value of the assets enabled the prosecutor of the SD NY (South District of New York) to indict Pinocchio and set a fine request of 250 million dollars. Remember that on this same subject, the chief accountant of Pinocchio’s company was sentenced and has spent 3 months in prison.
Pour résumer, le jugement impose les conditions suivantes :
– L’ensemble des sociétés gérées par le groupe Trump doivent être cédées à des entités nouvelles dont la famille Trump est exclue.
— Chacun des avocats qui ont fait valoir des argumentaires fallacieux sont condamnés à payer à un fond de défense pour les avocats commis d’office la somme de 7500$.
In summary, the judgment imposes the following conditions:
– All companies managed by the Trump Group must be transferred to new entities, from which the Trump family is excluded.
— Each of the lawyers who have made false arguments are condemned to pay a defence fund for court-appointed lawyers the sum of $7,500.
