Le 8 août 1974, le Président Nixon présentait sa démission suite au scandale du Watergate. La couverture de ce scandale avait été rendue possible grâce à un informateur dont le nom de code était « Deep Throat », Gorge Profonde en français. Cet informateur avait permis de démontrer sans aucune ambiguïté les crimes et mensonges commis par Nixon.

En ce 26 janvier 2024, la veille de la célébration de la libération par l’Armée Rouge du camp d’Auschwitz, Trump, alias Pinocchio, dit aussi la Citrouille obèse, vient d’être condamné à une douzaine de millions de Dollars pour diffamation envers E. Jean Carroll. Une somme qui peut sembler ridicule vis-à-vis des affirmations de Trump qui affirme être milliardaire avec au moins 400 millions de Dollars en liquidités.
Afin de marquer le coup et l’inciter à cesser ses incessantes attaques et diffamations, le Jury, pas la Cour mais le Jury, a condamné Trump à payer un total de 83 millions de dommages en incluant des « Punitive Dammages ». Suite à ce jugement, deux solutions s’offrent à lui.
- Payer à E. Jean Carroll le montant de la sentence.
- Faire appel et ne pas payer E. Jean Carroll, mais remettre la somme à Cour en attente du jugement de l’appel. Dans tous les cas, il va devoir payer.

- Pay E. Jean Carroll the amount of the sentence.
- Appeal and not pay E. Jean Carroll but remit the amount to the Court pending the judgment of the appeal. In all cases, he will have to pay.
