En 2023, E. Jean Carroll, voir l’article précédent, avait porté plainte au civil, pour viol et avait gagné. Trump, reconnu coupable non de viol, mais d’agression sexuelle, fut condamné à 5 M$ de dommages.
Suivant ses bonnes habitudes, il avait clamé que E. Jean Carroll était une menteuse, qu’elle avait fabriqué cette histoire de toutes pièces, qu’il ne la connaissait pas et que, de toute façon, elle n’était pas son type de gonzesse.

Following the usual pattern of « the louder, the better, » he doubled down and claimed that E. Jean Carroll was a liar, that she had fabricated this story from scratch, that he did not know her and that, in any case, she was not his type.
Suite à ces déclarations, E. Jean Carroll a, cette fois-ci, porté plainte pour diffamation et a gagné. Quelques 11 M$ ont été ajoutés en dommages et intérêts. Pour rendre cette sentence opérante, les jurés ont ajouté des dommages punitifs pour un total de 83 M$.
Si Trump affirme qu’il peut attraper les gonzesses par la chatte, une petite vieille de 80 balais montre qu’il est possible d’attraper Trump soit par les couilles soit par la bite, au choix.
