Les insomnies me font parfois allumer la TV et regarder les émissions qu’offrent la nuit et tout particulièrement CNN. Un docu a particulièrement accroché mon attention, il couvrait les « One Man Show » de comédiens comiques, l’évolution de ceux-ci et les rapports à la société. Un point m’a particulièrement marqué, il montre une immense contradiction de la société US avec la Liberté.
Insomnia sometimes makes me turn on the TV and watch the programs offered at night and especially CNN. A docu particularly caught my attention, it covered the «One Man Show» of comedians, the evolution of these and the relationships to society. One point particularly struck me, it shows an immense contradiction of the US society with Freedom.
Les émissions accessibles gratuitement au public censurent toute une série de mots tels que FUCK, SHIT… Lorsqu’ils sont prononcés, la bande sonore les remplace par des BIPS et si d’aventure ils sont écrits, dans les sous-titres par exemple ils sont écrits F**** ou SH**. La censure est transparente, tous comprennent quels mots sont masqués.

The free programs available to the public censor a whole series of words such as FUCK, SHIT… When they are spoken, the soundtrack replaces them with BIPS and if by chance they are written, in the subtitles for example they are written F**** or SH**. Censorship is transparent, everyone understands which words are masked.

Si les mots dits « Obscènes » sont interdits de plateau, les opinions les plus insupportables elles trouvent leur place et s’expriment sans aucunes limites. Racisme, anti-sémitisme, négationisme de la Shoah, mensonges avérés sont protégés au nom de la liberté d’opinion et d’expression.
En France l’obscénité n’est pas interdite, en revanche les lois mémorielles condamnet la libre expression de certains négationnismes. Cette interdiction si elle permet de museler l’expression d’opinions insupportables, elles limitent aussi, au nom d’une loi qui fige la vérité, la possibilité d’élargir certains aspects de l’Histoire.
If the words « Obscene » are forbidden from plateau, the most unbearable opinions are not censored, find their place and express themselves without any limits. Racism, anti-Semitism, denial of the Shoah, proven lies are protected in the name of freedom of opinion and expression.
If in France obscenity is not forbidden, on the other hand the laws of memory condemn the free expression some opinions such as negationism. This prohibition, if it allows to muzzle the expression of unbearable opinions, it also limits, in the name of a law that freezes the truth, the possibility of broadening certain aspects of History.
Les contradictions, tant en France qu’aux US, sont évidentes. Si les contradictions sont évidentes, les solutions ne le sont pas. Jamais en France le perdant d’une élection n’aura refusé de reconnaître sa défaite. Depuis plus de deux ans, Pinocchio l’Obèse Citrouille clame une impossible victoire qui s’impose depuis la victoire de Biden en 2020. Ce refus d’accepter sa défaite crée un trouble permanent à l’ordre public.
Au nom de la liberté d’expression la justice US se trouve dans l’obligation de rechercher des crimes objectifs, évasion fiscale, incitation à l’insurrection pour simplement l’inculper. Parfois la Liberté absolue conduit à un déni de celle-ci. Heureusement si le temps dissout parfois les responsabilités, les faits sont têtus, la vérité aussi finit par s’imposer.
Dans une démocratie, la Vérité et le Mensonge ne doivent, en aucun cas, être traités et couverts de façon équilibrée. Le mensonge doit être combattu.
The contradictions, both in France and in the US, are obvious. If the contradictions are obvious, the solutions are not. Never in France will the loser of an election have refused to acknowledge his defeat. This refusal to accept his defeat creates a permanent disturbance of public order.
In the name of freedom of expression the US justice is forced to seek objective crimes, tax evasion, incitement to insurrection to simply charge him. Sometimes absolute Freedom leads to a denial of it. Fortunately if time sometimes dissolves responsibilities, the facts are stubborn, the truth also ends up imposing itself.
In a democracy, Truth and Falsehood must not, under any circumstances, be treated and covered in a balanced manner. Falsehood must be fought.
